Ingredients
- 2 Cups Greens
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 Tbsp Steak Seasoning
- 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 Red Onion, chopped
- Toppings: Avocado, Chopped Bacon, Pickles, Tomatoes, Etc
Cooking Instructions
- Chop the toppings ingredients and set aside until ready to plate.
- Cook the ground turkey and red onions to entirety. Once fully cooked, stir in the minced garlic and steak seasoning. Stir for 1-2 more minutes.
- Place 1 Cup of greens on a plate. Top with cooked turkey mixture, and all the pre-chopped ingredients.
- Drizzle with your favorite burger sauce.

How to serve this dish
Serve as a prepared salad.
Notes
I like to make my own thousand island sauce from scratch to drizzle on top of the salad as a “dressing”.
I also add mushrooms to the meat while cooking.
